Debra Dougherty, 63 of Bethel and formerly of Poughkeepsie, New York, died at her Bethel residence on January 24, 2017. She was born on June 21, 1953 one of 18 children of Thomas Mack Johnson & Claire Nicholas Johnson. She was educated in New York Schools and had worked as a C.N.A at Eden Park Nursing Home in New York.
Debra is survived by 4 sons Michael Lewis Dougherty Jr and his wife Roberta of Bethel, Anthony Dougherty of Hudson New York, Phillip Dougherty of Bethel and Christopher Dougherty and his wife Bobbie of Bethel; 13 brother and sisters and 9 grandchildren-Rachel, Michael III, Brandon, Zachary, Alex, David, Preston, DeAndre and Demetri. She was predeceased by 4 siblings.
Memorial services will be held at the Bryant Pond Baptist Church on Tuesday January 31st at 11am with Pastor Matthew Jones officiating.
