Obituaries

Bob Runes was my friend. We met in 1966 at Columbia University Colleges of Pharmacy. As best friends, we dropped out of school to enlist in the US Army on the buddy system. We have stayed in touch all these years even though he lived in Maine and I wound up in Florida. His wonderful wife, Sue, was always there for him. Bob, you were always a good friend, and I always looked forward to our phone talks. Your passing has left a void in my soul that will never be filled. You lived your life 100% on your own terms. Rest in peace my brother, rest in peace.
