Obituaries

Although we could not be with Bernie and Gloria and their families, we both will miss Burnie in our lives. He was a brother in the Masonic order and also a brother to Joan and I in Eastern Star. He not only out shined most, he was a man of true worth. As he would have said to anyone....(and did)..." I made mistakes, but I paid dearly for them"....but truthfully, this is what he thought. He and Joan hit it off when the Bethel Fire Department was training with Bethel Rescue. They were partnered many times during those days and life was full of their laughter at things that couldn't be changed. As my "Brother" he was always honest , always heading to "True North".....He was a just and true man. Our world and the sun in it will shine less brightly knowing we will not see him again in this life. Rest well brother, you will be missed! (Joan and Bill Roberts)

I will forever miss my dad. He was a huge part of who I am today. I wish him to rest peacefully and finally enjoy being free of pain. I love you dad.
