Charlie passed away peacefully October 12th 2022 at Sandy River Center in Farmington Maine.
He was born November 28th 1948 in Maryland.
He was the graduate of Norwood High School in Norwood Massachusetts. After graduation he became a Walpole police officer. He also owned a general contracting company.
He had two beautiful children, Charles Henry Kelly jr and Sally Ann Kelly.
He served for 33 years on the police force. After he retired from the Walpole Police Department he moved to Gilead Maine. He had several odd jobs to keep himself busy. His last job was his favorite. He worked nights as a security guard at Gould academy.
Charlie enjoyed cruising down logging roads, finding honey holes for blackberry picking with his granddaughters. Helping family with carpentry projects. Going on antiquing and ventures throughout the state.
He treasured the moments and time he spent with his daughter and her family, time with his son and his godson and his family. Watching the kids ride quads and snowmobile‘s.
The month of November he spent most of his time in the woods with his brothers and friends deer hunting.
He enjoyed reading a good book. Charlie loved bending anyone and everyone’s ears, telling them jokes and stories.
He was loved by many, he will be missed by all of the lives and hearts he touched.

Sister Barbara Kelly ( Hamilton ) of Massachusetts,
Son Charles Kelly jr. of Berkley Massachusetts,
Daughter Sally Ann Kerziner, husband Paul Kerziner of North Attleboro Massachusetts
God son Patrick Kelly, wife Amber of North Newry Me.,
Many nieces and nephews,
His beloved Granddaughters Paige Kerziner and Lillian Kerziner of North Attleboro Massachusetts.,
A plethora of friends and extended family.
