Barbara snd Family, We were saddened to hear of Phil’s passing. I know he and my brother Alan were friends when Alan lived in W Paris, and had many nice conversations with him. I remember Phil from my childhood visits to W Paris, he was always nice to our family. Prayers for your comfort and peace, and for his journey home. God bless.
